BACOLOD CITY – Seven sachets of suspected shabu weighing about 10 grams valued at around P200,000 were confiscated in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 6, Victorias City, Negros Occidental.
Resident Pepito Patriarca, 37, yielded the suspected illegal drugs, police said.
He was caught after he allegedly sold shabu to an undercover officer around
1:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Aside from suspected shabu, P2,640 cash and drug paraphernalia were also seized.
Patriarca was detained in the Victorias City police station’s custodial facility.
He was facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
