BACOLOD City – Two suspected drug dealers were arrested in separate buy-bust operations in this city and Manapla, Negros Occidental.
Elbert Baradas and Erron Magalona were detained after the operations on Wednesday.
Baradas, a resident of Purok Pag-asa, Barangay Alijis, was caught in their village.
He sold told undercover police a plastic pack of suspected shabu for P500, said Chief Inspector Ramil Sarona, Police Station 7 head.
A big plastic pack of the same substance with an estimated market value of P30,000 and a motorcycle were further seized from him.
Baradas was hauled to the Police Station 7 lockup facility.
On the same day Manapla police caught the 35-year-old Magalona.
They seized from the suspect five plastic packs of suspected shabu during the buy-bust in Barangay 2, Manapla.
Magalona was detained at the municipal police station.
Both Baradas and Magalona face charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
