ILOILO City – A suspected drug peddler was nabbed in a sting operation at a public market in City Proper.
Three sachets of suspected shabu were seized from Raymundo Bitoon of Barangay San Juan, Molo district, a police report showed.
Bitoon was caught after he sold a sachet of the illegal drugs to an undercover officer for P700 around 6:30 a.m. on Feb. 21, it added.
The suspect was detained and charged with violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
