ILOILO City – Two men were separately arrested for illegal drug possession and robbery.
In Barangay Tolarucan, Mina, Iloilo, the 23-year-old Edgard Juanon was served with an arrest warrant for violating Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 around 5 a.m. on Oct. 3.
The warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Vicente Go of the Regional Trial Court (RTC), Branch 68 on June 6, 2016.
Juanon was taken to Mina police station.
Bail bond recommended for Juanon’s temporary liberty was pegged at P200 thousand.
In Barangay Tabucan, Dumangas, Iloilo a warrant of arrest for robbery was served to Velmor Tedios of Barangay Manogapaya, Banate, Iloilo.
Dumanagas police officers served the warrant around 7 a.m. on Oct. 3./PN
