ILOILO City – A suspected drug pusher was arrested in a sting operation in Barangay Unos Ilawod, Miag-ao, Iloilo.
Suspected shabu valued at around P172,000 was seized from 58-year-old Jessie Gasis of Barangay Lawigan, San Joaquin, Iloilo, a police report showed.
Gasis was caught after he allegedly sold illegal drugs to a poseur-buyer around 9 p.m. on Sept. 20.
Detained in the lockup cell of the municipal police station, the suspect faces charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
