ILOILO City – Police arrested two high-value drug suspects and seized P544,000 worth of suspected shabu in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Simon Ledesma, Jaro district.
The suspects were identified as Leo Carl Guillargan, 44, and Darwin Sumpone, 28.
Officers of the Jaro police station confiscated around 80 grams of suspected shabu and P6,000 in buy-bust money during the operation at around 11:55 p.m. on Monday, July 29.
The suspects are now detained at the Jaro police station. They are set to face charges for violating Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
