BACOLOD City – Three men were arrested in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay 16.
They were the 29-year-old Joshua Jamandre, 31-year-old John Mark Gabaleo and 19-year-old Harby Cornilla, a police report showed.
The suspects were all residents of Barangay 16. They were caught around 3:30 a.m. on Friday after they sold suspected shabu to an undercover police officer for P500.
Recovered from the suspects were a total of six sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P35,000.
Officers from Police Station 1 staged the sting operation.
Jamandre, Gabaleo and Cornilla were detained in the police station’s lockup facility.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, will be filed against them./PN
