ILOILO City – Some drug personalities who turn themselves in to the police as part of Oplan Double Barrel return to the illicit trade.
One of them is Romeo Laserna of Barangay Banica, Roxas City.
Police arrested him around 10:15 p.m. on Tuesday in the same village after selling a plastic pack of suspected shabu to an undercover officer for P300.
The 34-year-old was detained in the Roxas City police station lockup cell.
Admitting to snorting drugs, Laserna surrendered to the police in July.
But the police recently received information that he was also selling drugs./PN
