ILOILO City – A man was arrested in Barangay Milan, Lemery, Iloilo.
Arturo Soberano, 53, is facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, police said.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 6:30 p.m. on March 13.
The suspect was detained in the lockup facility of the municipal police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
