BACOLOD City – A drug suspect evaded arrest in Purok Lampirong, Barangay 2, a Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) spot report showed.
PDEA agent Agent Grace Cruz said they were about to raid Jonalyn Derla’s house on Wednesday when the latter escaped.
Derla used a secret passage in her house, according to PDEA.
Derla is the wife of Edgardo Derla, who is detained at the Bacolod City Police Office lockup facility and charged for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
PDEA said it will file charges against Derla./PN
