BACOLOD City – He managed to evade arrest but police officers were able to seize from him suspected shabu worth about P48,000.
Superintendent D’ Artagnan Katalbas Jr. – head of the San Carlos City police station in Negros Occidental – said drug suspect Rogelio Despi remains at large.
Despi was the subject of a drug buy-bust operation the police staged around 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday in Baragay 5, San Carlos City.
Katalbas said his personnel recovered seven sachets of suspected shabu weighing about 4 grams from Despi.
Officers from the San Carlos City police station were still hunting Despi as of press time./PN
