BACOLOD City – Police nabbed a man facing illegal drug charges in Sitio Tabun Bukid in Barangay Caticlan, Malay, Aklan.
The 25-year-old Gerald Verayo of Barangay Zone 3 in Pulupandan, Negros Occidental was caught around 9 p.m. on Sept. 22, a police report showed.
His apprehension was staged on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Frances Guanzon of the Regional Trial Court Branch 62 in Bago City dated Jan. 1, 2019.
Verayo was taken to the Pulupandan municipal police station for proper disposition.
The court recommended no bail for the suspect’s temporary liberty./PN
