BACOLOD City – A drug suspect was arrested in Barangay 2, Manapla, Negros Occidental.
The 18-year-old Carl Dulos Allen was caught on the strength of an arrest around 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, a police report showed.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the Manapla police station.
The court recommended no bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty./PN
