ILOILO City – A suspected drug personality was arrested in a sting operation in Barangay Moroboro, Dingle, Iloilo.
The 42-year-old Francisco Pendon, a resident of the village, was taken to the police station around 6:30 p.m. on July 11.
He sold a sachet of alleged shabu to a poseur buyer for P2,700, police said.
Five more sachets were recovered.
Total illegal drugs recovered amounted to P13,000, police added.
The suspect would be facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
