BACOLOD City – Police arrested a drug suspect in Barangay Mambulac, Silay City, Negros Occidental.
He was 21-year-old resident Ted John Mark Tupas, a police report showed.
Tupas was nabbed on the strength of an arrest warrant around 3:20 p.m. on May 2, it added.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the Silay City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The court recommended a P200,000 bail bond for Tupas’ temporary liberty./PN
