BACOLOD City – Police arrested a drug suspect in Barangay 16.
The 57-year-old Lilibeth Juanillo of Barangay Guinpana-an, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, a police report showed.
The Regional Trial Court Branch 74 in La Carlota City, Negros Occidental issued the warrant against her on July 29, the report added.
Juanillo was detained in the lockup cell of the Moises Padilla police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The court recommended a bail bond worth P200,000 for her temporary liberty./PN
