Bacolod City – Police arrested a drug suspect in Barangay 12.
The 43-year-old Charles Arminta of Tagaytay City was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant on Nov. 25, a police report showed.
Police officers served the warrant issued by Judge Domingo Casiple Jr. of the Regional Trial Court Branch 68 in Dumangas, Iloilo dated July 16.
Arminta was detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 1, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
