ILOILO – A suspected drug user voluntarily surrendered to the police yesterday.
The 46-year-old Renato Allonsa of Barangay Bacabac, Sara town went to the police station at around 1:30 p.m.
His surrender was line with Oplan Tokhang of the Philippine National Police.
Allonsa was released after the police recorded his surrender./PN
