ILOILO City – A 41-year-old person with disability (paralyzed) in Barangay Linampongan, Pontevedra, Capiz sustained wounds on his head. His father hacked him.
Joseph Decena was brought to the Bailan District Hospital for treatment.
Police said the attack took place at the house of the Decenas.
The victim’s father Elmer, 61, came home drunk.
Father and son had an argument.
The elder Decena used a bolo on his son thrice, police said.
He was arrested and taken to the municipal police station./PN
