ANTIQUE – A 26-year-old laborer accidentally shot himself in Barangay San Pascual, Culasi town around 2 a.m. yesterday.
Culasi police said Rex Jocson, a native of Barangay Sicgang, La Castellana, Negros Occidental, sustained an injury on his left leg. He was inebriated.
Jocson was on his way to his temporary residence in Barangay San Pascual from a drinking session when the incident happened.
As of this writing, the Culasi Municipal Police Station was still investigating the incident to determine what firearm the suspect was carrying and how he accidentally shot himself./PN
