ILOILO City – Police detained a 21-year-old resident of Barangay Tabuc Suba, La Paz district.
Mark Angelo Ojacastro “created alarm and scandal,” a police report showed.
A drunken Ojacastro destroyed things inside their house, a 63-year-old family member, Gemma, told the police.
The incident happened at around 9 p.m. on April 18.
Gemma placed Ojacastro under citizen’s arrest and turned him over to the La Paz police station with the help of responding officers.
Ojacastro was hauled to the police station’s custodial facility, stated the police report./PN
