ILOILO City – A drunken man was arrested on Sunday in their house in Barangay Veterans Village here.
His sister complained to the police he hit her around 9 p.m.
Thirty-one-year-old Nasser John Bagares was taken to Police Station 1.
According to a police report, his 26-year-old sister was playing with her cellular phone when attacked by her brother who had just returned home from a drinking binge.
Police arrested the suspect with the help of barangay officials./PN
