ILOILO City – The motorcycle he was driving crashed against a car in Barangay Poblacion, Barotac Viejo, Iloilo.
The 23-year-old Arcee Gumban was driving drunk, according to the police.
He sustained arm and leg injuries after the crash, a police report showed.
The car was owned by the 60-year-old Jose de Leon of Iloilo City, the report added.
Gumban – resident of Barangay Dangulaan, Anilao, Iloilo – was brought to the Western Visayas Medical Center for medical treatment.
De Leon, meanwhile, was detained in the Barotac Viejo police station lockup facility./PN
