— Actually, meron. Lahat tayo mapanghusga. We pass judgments all the time. Pati aso, pumipili ng kakagatin. Judgment call.
Ang higit na qualification ko lang, na lamang sa nakararami, mas marami akong alam in terms of karanasan, pinagdaanan, at napag-alaman.
You can call me bobo all you want, pero hindi tatalab sa akin ‘yan kasi alam na ng lahat na matalino ako. Sa academic at sa school of life, genius po ako. Hindi po personal opinion iyan. That’s where records and awards come as important.

Magkaiba po ang matalino sa santo at banal. I like to be really good. Pero hindi po ako delusional. Minsan, pinangarap ko ring maging santo. But the world does not let me, so OK na akong maging bad boy at 50. (52 this year, actually.)
There was a time when intelligence demanded, and equaled, good character. Lampas na po tayo sa panahong iyon. As in, past tense na talaga iyon, and I don’t know if we can still recover that. In this new millennium, most intelligence are used and abused to advance personal interests, not to serve the common good.

Which makes you think, gusto lang bang sumikat ng ThePSN kaya siya nagsi-shitpost para makakuha ng attention?
Pero bakit nagti-take risk siya sa panahon ng cancel culture? Hindi ba siya natatakot na ma-cancel ng mga kabataan online dahil sa kanyang pagiging politically incorrect?
Bakit hindi siya mag-stick to the norm? Bakit ayaw n’yang mag-behave like the noble Filipino writers? Yaong mga tahimik lang at walang pakialam sa arrogance at kabobohan ng Filipino youth?
Bakit naniniwala siyang “The Filipino youth is worth fighting for?” — #ThePSN (after Ninoy’s “The Filipino is worth dying for,” and Cory’s “The Filipino is worth living for.”)

Sa usaping educado, kayo na po ang mag-define ng term na iyan. All answers are correct. Kung ang ibig ninyong sabihin sa ‘astang educado’ ay 19th century gentility, bahala po kayo. Kung ang hanap n’yo naman ay 20th century open-mindedness at adaptability, OK rin ‘yan.
As for 21st century behavior of educado, oh, baby, I am there. I’m telling you I have what it takes to deal with the realities of this millennium. I have the education to deal with the lost generations of the past, and the present.
I have the patience and audacity to deal with arrogance, insults, and using my opponents’ tricks to vanquish them.
Kaya kong makipagbardagulan sa mga gago at bobo. My real power is that I can actually stoop to their level, and rise up to my glory heights at the end of the day. E, sila, there is no height to rise to.

I’m trying to provoke them to thought, to discussion, pero putak lang nang putak ang kaya nila. Defending and advancing their arrogant thoughts.
Sino ngayon ang closed minded? Sino ngayon ang hindi nag-pause and reflect? Sino ngayon ang triggered lang?

At ano naman ang pakialam ko sa opinion nila, the same thoughts and ideas na pinagdaanan ko na rin at alam ko na? Feeling nila, 52 na ako, at hindi ko alam ng ipinaglalaban ng 14-year-old?
Ako, tuturuan nila ng ideal manners na minastermind ng generation namin?

Malamang, marami rin ang gustong magsabi ng sinasabi ko, they just don’t have the time and patience to deal with the consequences.
