ILOILO City – He is listed as the No. 1 most wanted person in the municipal police station of Dumangas, Iloilo.
The 26-year-old rape suspect Eby Jan Cero was arrested yesterday, a police report showed.
Police officers nabbed Cero – a resident of Barangay Patlad, Dumangas – on the strength of an arrest warrant in Barangay Pulao, Dumangas.
The officers took Cero to the municipal police station where he was detained.
The court did not recommend a bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
