ILOILO City – The No. 2 most wanted person in Dumangas, Iloilo was caught.
The 37-year-old Reagan Descaya of Barangay Sulangan, Dumangas was charged with murder. Police served his arrest warrant around 9:30 a.m. yesterday in Barangay Ilaya 1st.
Descaya was detained at the municipal police station.
The court did not recommend a bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty./PN
