ILOILO City – He was listed as the No. 9 most wanted person in the police station of Dumangas, Iloilo.
The 34-year-old Joever Dusaban was arrested in Barangay Cansilayan, Dumangas.
Dusaban’s apprehension on Sunday was staged on the strength of an arrest warrant in relation to a rape charge he faces.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the municipal police station.
The court recommended a P120,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
