ROXAS City – He was listed as the No. 2 most wanted person of the Dumarao police station.
The 60-year-old Enrico Andoy was arrested in his residence in Sitio Cabugao, Barangay Dacuton, Dumarao, Capiz, a police report showed.
Andoy faces a murder charge, the report stated.
Armed with an arrest warrant, officers from the municipal police station and the 4th Platoon of the Public Safety Mobile Force caught Andoy around 7:20 a.m. on Tuesday.
Judge Charlito Fantilanan of the Regional Trial Court Branch 18 issued the warrant on Feb. 27, 2007.
Andoy was detained at the Dumarao police station lockup facility.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
