BACOLOD City – A curfew violator was nabbed with suspected shabu in Barangay San Jose, E.B. Magalona, Negros Occidental.
The 29-year-old resident Ricky Gayaran yielded the suspected illegal drugs, a police report showed.
Recovered from his possession were three big plastic sachets of suspected shabu around 11 p.m. on March 30, it added.
Gayaran was detained in the custodial facility of the E.B. Magalona municipal police station.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 and the violation of Executive Order No. 20-20, series of 2020 will be filed against him./PN
