BACOLOD City – A couple were found dead inside their house in Hermelinda Homes, Barangay Mansilingan.
Rene Gargoles and wife Jane were both aged 67.
According to Captain Elmer Bonilla, station commander of Police Station 7, Ryan Mark Pantanalgo, nephew of the victims, came to the couple’s house around 10:30 a.m. on July 29 to bring breakfast.
Pantanalgo told the police no one was answering him. All doors and windows were also locked.
The nephew called for assistance from the police and barangay officials.
They then found the couple dead, Bonilla said.
According to the family, the couple were sick.
