ILOILO – Four classrooms of Tacdangan Elementary School in Barangay Tacdangan, Cabatuan town were ransacked by unidentified burglars on Wednesday, September 25.
Cabatuan police said the around three burglars carted away three laptops issued to the school by the Department of Education and an iPad owned by a teacher.
According to Captain Dionisio Estacio, chief of the Cabatuan Municipal Police Station, the suspects broke into the Grades 1, 2, 3, and 4 classrooms and the office of the head teacher early Wednesday morning at around 1 a.m. to 3 a.m.
As of this writing, Cabatuan police were still investigating the incident to identify the burglars.
Dionisio added they will request from a nearby house to review their closed-circuit television camera footage./PN
