ILOILO City – An engineer and a companion were hospitalized after figuring in a vehicular crash, a police report showed.
Engineer Aljon Firmalino, 28, of Barangay Milibili, Roxas City and Jerome Solis, 29, of Santa Barbara, Iloilo were confined at the Western Visayas Medical Center in Mandurriao district.
They sustained injuries on the head and body, stated the police report.
The motorcycle they were riding accidentally fell to the ground while they were traversing a road under repair in Barangay San Jose, San Miguel, Iloilo at around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday.
They were heading toward Oton, Iloilo at the time. Solis was driving, the police report stated. Firmalino was identified as an engineer for F. Gurrea Construction, Inc./PN
