ILOILO – A resident of Barangay Inagdangan Sur, Zarraga met an unexpected end after falling into a creek in his neighborhood.
The incident on Nov. 9, at around 3 p.m., killed 29-year-old Eduardo Palmes Jr.
According to the investigation by the Zarraga Municipal Police Station, it is believed that Palmes accidentally fell after suffering an epileptic seizure.
A five-year-old child discovered Palmes floating in the creek, indicating that he had been submerged for some time before being found, police added.
Palmes was pronounced dead on arrival at around 4:10 p.m. at the Iloilo Provincial Hospital in Pototan town./PNThe Claravall Gonzales School of Classical Ballet delivered a classical and captivating dance performance.
