BACOLOD City – He was listed as the No. 1 wanted person in the police station of Escalante City, Negros Occidental.
Forty-six-year-old Andrew De Los Santos was arrested at around 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday in Barangay Balintawak I, Escalante City, a police report showed.
He was nabbed on the strength of an arrest warrant the Regional Trial Court, Branch 59 in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental issued in relation to an illegal drug sale charge he faces.
He was detained in the San Carlos City police station’s custodial facility.
The court did not recommend a bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
