ILOILO City – An illegal gambling charge may be filed against a 22-year-old man from Barangay Daan Banua, Estancia, Iloilo.
Officers arrested Jhon Flores in Barangay Poblacion, Carles town for facilitating a “color game,” a police report showed.
Police seized from him three pieces of dice, a wooden board and P450 bet money during his arrest at 6:40 p.m. Tuesday.
Flores was taken to the Carles police station.
He faces a charge for violation of Presidential Decree 1602, which prescribes stiffer penalties against forms of gambling./PN
