ILOILO City – After nine years of hiding from authorities, Estancia, Iloilo’s No. 2 fugitive was arrested in the town’s Barangay Pa-on over the weekend.
The 56-year-old Edmund Alarcon of Barangay Mamhut Sur, Balasan, Iloilo was brought to the Estancia police station lockup facility.
He was charged with rape n 2013.
The court has denied bail for his temporary liberty./PN
