ILOILO – A 59-year-old ex-convict was arrested by policemen in a buy-bust operation in Zone 1, Barangay Boulevard, Molo district at around 10:37 p.m. on Aug. 23.
Rannie Ygan was a resident of Zone 6 of the aforesaid barangay.
A police poseur buyer was able to buy from him a sachet of suspected shabu for P8,500.
Sixteen more sachets were recovered weighing around 35 grams
The recoveries were valued for a total of P238,000.
Ygan was taken to Police Station 4.
A complaint for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 would be filed against him./PN
