BACOLOD City – A formervillage watchman was arrested in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Zone 12, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
He was identified as 45-year-old Romulo Bacroya, a police report showed.
An undercover officer initially bought from Bacroya a sachet of suspected shabu.
Three more sachets of suspected illegal drugs were seized during Bacroya’s arrest around 3:20 p.m. on Dec. 17.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Cadiz City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
