ILOILO City – An explosive device was found in Barangay Mañacabac, Janiuay, Iloilo.
Resident Eduardo Sevederio was digging the soil when he discovered the device around 10 a.m. on Wednesday.
Sevederio then reported to the municipal police station.
The device was now in custody of the police./PN
