ROXAS City – This city’s Sinadya Festival returns to a face-to-face format after two years of virtual celebration due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Tomorrow, Dec. 8, is the fiesta of Roxas City.
The opening salvo followed at the Roxas City Bandstand, which was attended by city and barangay officials and Immaculada Concepcion muse, Erika T. Vinculado.
