ILOILO City – A farmer was arrested in Barangay Gines, Lambunao, Iloilo.
Jonathan Caristia, 46, of Barangay Dalid, Santa Barbara, Iloilo was charged with two counts of rape, police said.
He was caught around 4:30 p.m. on July 1 and detained at the Lambunao police station.
The court did not allow him to post bail./PN
