BACOLOD City – A farmer was found dead in Barangay Prosperidad, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
Resident Oming Lacida was discovered lifeless on Saturday, police said.
He sustained gunshot and hack wounds on the face, the police added.
Lacida’s body was brought to the local mortuary for a “post mortem” examination.
Officers of the San Carlos City police station have yet to identify the suspect and the motive in the incident. /PN
