F&E 40th Year Anniversary Celebration

The joyride began in July 1, 1979 in Iloilo City, where F&E sold tires and batteries to Ilonggos. From there, F&E ventured into importation, distribution and retail of different premium automotive, industrial products and services like Bridgestone, Valvoline, Sunshine Automotive Service Equipment and Hino Trucks & Buses. It became the most sought-after one-stop shops for automotive aftermarket care. Starting in Iloilo City, F&E can now be found in various locations in Capiz, Aklan, Antique, Negros Occidental, Negros Oriental, Cebu, Palawan and the rest of the Philippines.

To celebrate this milestone, F&E Group of Companies made the night of July 1, 2019 special by inviting and delighting its customers, employees, partners & friends in the industry.

Hosted by Philippines Superstar Rugby Player, Mr. Andrew Wolff & F&E’s resident & Iloilo’s finest host Ms. Kate Chaves started with the welcome speech of F&E Group of Companies’ Senior Vice President and Chief Finance Officer, Mr. Emmanuel S. Aguillon, CPA.

As the dinner was being served with overflowing drinks, the music of DJ Aij Diones filled the air. F&E’s loyal customers was also recognized in the program by the Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of F&E Group of Companies, Mrs. Filamie S. Aguillon, CPA: “These are but some of the great things that we should all be thankful for. With F&E celebrating its 40th anniversary, my heart is overwhelmed with so much appreciation that you are all with us tonight. I also feel that Atty. Ed is also happy that this humble venture we started in 1979 has reached this milestone.”

The esteemed members of the board were introduced to F&E’s partners in business: Filamie S. Aguillon, CPA–Chief Executive Officer/President; Gen. Aguillon-Chiong, CPA-SVP/Chief Operating Officer; Emmanuel S. Aguillon, CPA.-SVP/Chief Finance Officer; Fe Aguillon-Cimatu – Member, Board of Directors; and Ma. Chrezilda K. Alejan, CPA. – Comptroller, Member, Board of Directors.

Ms. Gen Aguillon-Chiong, CPA proposed a toast and introduced the special guests, an internationally acclaimed and multi-awarded Filipino pop and jazz singer and the Philippines’ Pop Diva, Ms. Kuh Ledesma sang its greatest hits like, “Dito Ba?,” “I Think I’m in Love,”  “‘Til I Met You” and “How Did You Know?” The crowd was so elated that Ms. Kuh Ledesma added two more songs to please the audience.

More than the increasing revenues, expanding markets or increments in investor returns, it is F&E Group of Companies’ mission to “develop and nurture the human resource which is considered as the company’s greatest asset.” With them, it sees a future of expanding its base to serve the needs of the motoring public and the transport industry of the country.
