ILOILO City – An unruly lad had been arrested in Barangay Bolilao, Mandurriao district.
Raymart Concerman, a native of Bayawan, Negros Oriental temporarily staying in the village, was “shouting and challenging anyone to a fight,” a police report showed.
It was not immediately clear why Concerman was “creating alarm and scandal” at around 10 p.m. on Sunday.
A barangay tanod (watchman), 32-year-old Norman Salarda, placed Concerman under citizen arrest.
Salarda and police officers on patrol Jan Leslie Rodrigo and John Rey Vera turned Concerman over to the Mandurriao police station where he was detained./PN
