BACOLOD City-The third floor of of the RS Building, in Hilado Street ,Barangay 17 here was razed by fire on Saturday,June 5.
The cost of the damage was estimated to around P100,000, based on the initial investigation of the Bureau of Fire Protection(BFP).
Fire Officer III John Mondido said they received the call at 2:53 p.m.
The fire was declared under control around 3 p.m.
He added that no injuries were reported since the third and the second floors were empty, while only five employees and a few customers were present in the ground floor.
The establishment sold appliances, foams and other plastic products by the Gurlivs Trading Corporation.
Mondido said they are still conducting an investigation on the cause of the fire./PN
