KALIBO, Aklan – A residential fire razed a house in Barangay Regador, Ibajay, Aklan on the evening of Wednesday, July 10, causing an estimated P12,250 in damages.
The house, constructed from light materials, was owned by Michelle Montero.
The Bureau of Fire Protection in Ibajay, which is conducting an ongoing investigation, reported that Montero had left the property shortly before the blaze occurred, leaving the house unoccupied at the time of the incident.
Authorities are still investigating to determine the cause of the fire./PN
