ILOILO City – Fire broke out at a coffee shop in Barangay Jalandoni, Jaro district around 10:30 a.m. on Friday.

The blaze was reportedly caused by a spark on the electric outlet and that the fire was first seen at the back of a refrigerator.

According to Kinji Arman, caretaker of the “The Cappuchiba Coffee Shop”, he immediately turned off the main switch and took the fire extinguisher.

The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) immediately responded and declared a fire-out around 11:07 a.m.
