BACOLOD City – Fire gutted two houses and 10 stores on corner Katalbas-Osmeña Street, Barangay Poblacion 1, Sagay City, Negros Occidental early Sunday morning.
Fire Inspector Rodney Nadal, the acting city fire marshal, said they received a fire call around 2:44 a.m.
The houses and stores were made of light materials.
The Bureau of Fire Protection was investigating the cause of the blaze./PN
