ROXAS City — Fire razed a house in Barangay Lawaan, Dumarao, Capiz on Thursday.
According to the Dumarao Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), the fire broke out in the house owned by 71-year-old Rebeca Dampong around 8:50 a.m.
The Dumarao BFP said the estimated cost of damaged reached at P200,000.
Based on the initial information of arson investigators, the blaze could have started from a cellphone that overheated./PN
