BACOLOD City – For allegedly operating the illegal numbers game “First Ball,” a 39-year-old man was arrested.
Andrew Castillano was detained at the police station in Manapla, Negros Occidental, a police report showed.
Officers caught the resident of Barangay II, Manapla on Saturday.
Seized from him were two packs of noodles, two packs of hotdogs and a piece of pork leg – prizes for First Ball winners – police said.
Castillano also yielded a tally sheet of bets, a ball pen and bet money worth P420, the police report stated./PN
